Product Profile of Ceramic Strip Heaters
ACE Heat Tech manufactures and supplies ceramic strip heaters. These are fabricated from highly compact refractory material. These materials transfer heat from the resistance wire to the sheath at very speed. This process reduces internal heat generation and thereby increases heater life. The Ni-chrome wire is placed accurately to provide uniform sheath temperature. These heaters come with following specifications:
Stainless steel sheath
Maximum temperature: 600C.
Threaded post terminals at each end of heaters.
Ceramic terminals cover on threaded post terminals.
Minimum width :1 1/2"
Thickness : 3/8"
Maximum Watt density: 30Watts / Square inch.
