Windows can be coated with anti-reflection coating which increases the transmission.
They can be of general grade, just being optically polished or precision grade, with control on the parallelism and flatness.
Windows comes with parallelism of less than 5 seconds between the surfaces and with flatness up to lambda/10 depending on the size and thickness.
It is also available with thickness as low as 0.1mm.
