Product Profile of Vibro Energy Separator
Dalal vibro energy separator is used for screening and grinding of dry powders and for screening of slurries. Vibration is achieved by mounting eccentric weights on the top and bottom of a special heavy duty motor with extended shaft on both its ends. Vibration can be varied by addition /removal of auxiliary weights and by changing the angle between the top and bottom eccentric weights. The machine is normally used for meshes as fine as 500, and in certain cases even finer meshes are possible. Solutions are available for difficult screening applications through very fine meshes. Options include: multi-deck machines, and various types of antiblinding arrangements. Applications include for abrasives, ceramic powders and slurries, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, powder coatings , minerals, metal powders, and food products. Advantages include high capacity per unit screen area, high separation efficiency, low power and space requirements, and minimum maintenance.
