Alpha Linear offers Vertical Laminar Air Flow. Alpha Linear is an ISO 9001- 2000 accredited company. The Vertical Laminar Air Flow is used to provide a stream of unidirectional clean air within the work zone of the cabinet.
Key Features of Vertical Laminar Air Flow
- Room air is taken through the top of the cabinet through the pre filter, which traps larger size particles and increase the life of main HEPA filter.
- Air is forced evenly through the HEPA filter
- A nominal filter face velocity of 0.45m/s or 90 fpm [+/- 10%] ensures the sufficient number of air changes within the enclosed area of the cabinet in order to maintain cleanliness.
- The main body is constructed out of galvanized steel with an abrasive resistant white epoxy powder coated finish.
- Easy to clean SS 304 grade worktop will never rust, chip or generate particles.
- Permanently lubricated direct drive centrifugal blower[s] have extremely low noise and vibration levels, and are suspended on springs.
- The cabinet control system consists of separate switches for blower, white light and U V Tube.
- Inclined tube manometer is fitted on either side of the unit for continuous monitoring of the pressure
- Protective grills are provided for both the filters to avoid accidental damages.
- White light is provided
