Vacuum Protected Concentrator Tube is ideal when multiple concentrations with differing evaporation rates are to be run simultaneously. The Concentrator Tube is designed with a vacuum jacket around the tip of the tube containing the last 1-2ml of sample. The Concentrator Tube is provided with a vacuum jacket which slows heat transfer to the last part of the sample and thus reduces the risk of boiling dry.
