Unwashed Arabica Cherry AB Grade Coffee is provided with the sieve standard of minimum 90% by weight retention on a sieve with round holes of 6.00 mm and not more than 1.5% by weight shall pass through a sieve with round holes of 5.5 mm. The garbling status of this grade of coffee is clean garbled. The PB triage quality of sorting coffee is 3% by weight.
