These universal process controllers are available with salient features like accurate control of process variables including temperature, pressure, flow, motion and pH; RTD, thermocouple and linear single selectable input; non-volatile memory; adjustable hysteresis and heat-cool spread; bumpless auto/ manual operation; selectable PID, P1, PD, P and on/ off control modes; user selectable ramp to target time setpoint; auto tune dual output and alarm; different 1/ 16, 1/ 8 and 1/ 4 DIN sizes; 100-250 V AC and 100-330 V DC auto polarity power supply; plug-in solid state relay; 4-20 mA/ 0-20 mA pulsed 20 V DC module outputs and built-in diagnostics capabilities. The universal process controllers are available with remote setpoint select; heater break alarm; excitation supply for transducer input; RS232 and RS485 communications; 16 segment ramp/ soak controller and process variable retransmit.
