Product Profile of Trunnion Mounted Floating Ball
Guru Industrial Valves Pvt. Ltd. manufactures & distributes Ball Valves. This is a Valves and Pipe fittings company with an ISO 9001:2000 Certification. They have been awarded the API 6D by the American Petroleum Institute. The ball Valves are made of cast steel. They are Trunnion Mounted with floating ball-full & reduced port feature. Bearing pads fix the ball and absorb total thrust of the medium relieving the downstream sealing of the load.
Pressure energized seat rings with spring assistance for pre loading ensure leak tight performance even at low differential pressure.
Long operating life with low torque.
Anti blow out stem connection.
Anti Static device standard.
Soft seating recommended for service temperature upto 260?C. Metal to Metal seating offered for higher temperature services.
Metal to Metal seat ball valves for high temperature corrosive and abusive slurry service. Locking Arrangement optional.
Optional gear, electric, pneumatic actuator available.
Meets design requirements of ASME B16.34 / BS 5351 / API 6D and testing requirement of BS 6755 / API 6D.
Fire testing conforms to API 607 / API 6FA and BS 6755
Flanged end dimensions conform to ASME B16.5 / API 605 / BS 3293 / DIN.
Face to Face and End to End dimensions conform to AMSE B16.10 / BS 2080.
Buttwelding end dimensions conform to ASME B16.25.
