Sai Electricals, has introduced transformers. The range consists of distribution, isolation, ultra isolation, furnace and autotransformers. Transformers include following special features:
- suitable for 3 phase 50 Hz;
- capacity - 25-2000 KVA; primary voltage up to 33 kV;
- testing as per IS 2026; on-load tap changer optionally available;
- high efficiency; optimised thermal performance;
- audio visual alarms; and unitised transformer with built-in panel for protections and bus bars for multi cable outputs can be supplied.
Important advantages of isolation and ultra isolation transformers are surge suppression; conditioning of incoming supply;
tailor-made to suit customer requirements; and can be built into servo voltage stabilizer [SVS] as an option.
