Associated Technocrats manufactures Precicut extra precision milling machines with state-of-the-art modified step pulley head design [no more cap rings] on two models - 1S [M] and 2S. There is a regular step pulley head on model 1S and cone pulley head on model 3V1. Other features: the machine body is of meehanite GC casting, stress relieved and annealed; straight column design for 1S and 1S [M], hump column design for 2S [for extra flexural rigidity], rectangular column for 3V1; the work table is hardened and precision ground, even the T-slot edges are ground with reference to the edge of table; high precision fibre cage bearings are standard for all models; 3 HP motor with RPMs in 16 steps [70-4600 RPM] for 1S/1S [M]/2S and infinitely variable speeds [50-3550 RPM] for 3V1; Turcite ® B coated ’ X’and ’ Y’saddle ways, all three axes ways hardened and ground; hardened, chromed and ground quill; and double nut backlash eliminator are standard for all the models.
