Product Profile of Teaq, Expansion Valves For Ammonia
Danfoss provides different types of refrigeration and cooling system. TEAQ, expansion valves for ammonia, is a product of Danfoss. TEAQ is used for industrial refrigerating plants with R717 [NH3]. TEAQ valve is operated by a controller type EKC 315A through a superheat signal from a pressure transmitter and a temperature sensor. TEAQ system regulates the supply of refrigerant for the evaporator on the basis of the smallest permissible superheat. TEAQ can also be used on evaporators with a liquid distributor, e.g. liquid coolers, plate heat exchangers and air coolers dimensioned for self-circulation.
