These synthetic waxes are compatible with polybutene to form cable jelly, splice jelly compounds. They are compatible to some extent with petroleum waxes; like paraffin and microcrystalline waxes. These are recommended for use in cable jelly, furniture wax and other special applications which call for high melting requirements.
