Akshaya Instruments offers Speed Profile Controller. This unit controls the speed of the motor through inverter by giving 0 to 1OV output. The features are: 25 steps 10 programmes or 16 programmes, 100 steps 10 programme, Battery backup for data retention, Option for time range - 999.9 seconds, 999.9 minutes or 9999.9 minutes, Relay output at the end of profile. The advance version of above unit is Cop Winder PLC. It is a low-cost substitute of standard PLC. It has 6 digital l/P, 4 relay 0/ P, 2transistorises O/P and 1 analogue O/P to control all the function of Cop Winder including winding angle and traverse direction. Both are panel mount instruments, size is only 96 x 96 mm. Built-in function reduces panel components & wiring. The instruments enjoy success application among various industries. In textile it is used in rewinder, soft package winder, ring frame, vobulation control, edge braking, etc. The Company grant warranty of 1 2 month from the date of purchase.
