Traxit Engineers Pvt Ltd offers twin arm mixer cum kneader, planetary mixers, contra mixer, rubber cutter dissolver, ribbon blender etc in wide ranges. Special Purpose Gearbox is available with two different mixing elements. Special Purpose Gearbox is used for process machinery like Cone-Screw Mixers, Contra Mixers etc., which require twin concentric outputs with single input for small capacity drives or twin inputs for higher capacity drives. Special Purpose Gearbox is available with 1.to 50 H.P capacity.
Special Purpose Gearbox has the following features:
A Screw Operates around its own axis at a certain speed and at the same time it travels along the vessel wall at a considerably lower speed.
Here the power demanded by the screw rotation around its own axis [performing the conveying and mixing action] is higher compared to that demanded by the screw to rotate along the vessel wall.
At the same time the output from the gearbox and input to the two driven components have to be concentric to each other.
