Product Profile of Solenoid Valves
N-Gen Automation supplies latest solenoid valves [System-8]. It is used to operate 3/2- or 2/2-way valves for compressed air and other inert gases. These valves are available in normally closed [NC] and normally open [NO] versions. They are used as pilot valves for industrial pneumatics for valves with nominal orifices up to ?" at 150 psi. The product has fillowing technical specifications: width of 22 mm + 30 mm, nominal orifice 0.6 mm to 1.7 mm, pressure range at 1 to 16 bar / 15 to 240 psi, and nominal flow at 20 to 130 dm3/min resp 0.7 to 4.6 SCFM. Special custom-made corrosion resistant Cr-Ni-steel is used to make plunger & core and armature tube is made standard brass material. Other materials of constructions including stainless steel, brass zinc plated, brass nickel plated; solenoid coil of enameled copper wire, temperature index 180 acc IEC317-08, moulding materials thermoplastic/thermoset resin; sealings of standard material FKM resp FPM, alternative materials HNBR, NBR, MVQ resp MQV [silicone], and valve body of polyamide of zinc die-casted.
