Some important features of this tester are: easy and accurate to measure the tip temperature, leak voltage and ground resistance of soldering irons. The soldering irons can be controlled based on the MIL-HDBK-263BP standard. These can also be controlled based on the IPC J-STD. These soldering testers are best suited for lead-free solder.
