These solid-state relays from M R K Engineers are semi-conductor device in DC/AC from 3-32 V to different voltages; up to 160 A, AC/AC; and up to 160 A in different voltage configuration. The solid-state relays are available in single-phase and three-phase versions. These solid-state relays offer advantages like no moving parts; no contact bounce as such; no contact wear; arcing or electro magnetic interference associated with contact bounce; fast operation; usually 1 ms or 10 ms; minimised EMI; shock and vibration resistance; absence of audio noise; output contact latching; high sensitivity; SSR can be designed to interface directly with TTL and CMOS logic; can replace electro mechanical relay to avoid the contactor arcing; and useful for more critical applications and automation.
