The Street Light comprises compact fluorescent lamp as light source, a flooded tubular lead acid battery for storage, PV modules the lamp and safe charging and discharging of the battery and mechanical hardware for fixing these sub systems. Solar Powered Street Light is available either with automatic dusk to down operation or with a preset timer.
