Single Seismic Detector detects seismic activity at the detector location and generates an electrical signal that is analyzed by the processor to determine if a specified type of intrusion has occurred. A single seismic detector can be deployed to monitor a small area or trail or detectors can be combined in a string to monitor large open areas or perimeters. Its detection range will depend on several variables such as type of terrain, sensitivity setting of processor, number and type of intruders.
