The Sheet Extrusion Plant includes Sheet Extruder with Model No EP 400. Screw diameter is 60 mm and the extruder is made of material [screw / barrel] nitrated nitro alloy steel. L/d Ratio is 30:1, Screw speed is 20-120 rpm and maximum output [depends on profile] 110 kg/hr for HIPS. Extruder for pp sheets are made for thermoforming glasses, cups, disposable containers and files & folders.
