Since the thermocouple are made using high quality Thermocouple wires [Type K or Type J] and high temperature fiber-reinforced polymer, they offer useful feature such as fast surface temperature measurement, good thermal conductivity and fast response. Other features include: self-adhesive for easy installation; no drilling or welding on site; available in K and J calibrations; and ideal for skin surface temperature measurement. Applications include: preventive maintenance of motors, transformers, heat exchangers, etc.
