Indian Core Oil, since 1967, manufactures various types of foundry chemicals. Being a part of that Satoshell -200 is a novolak type phenol Formaldehyde Resin.SATOSHELL - 200 is available in liquid. Having no drying characteristics at ambient temperature, SATOSHELL - 200 is a viscous material. It is easily compatible with the catalyst, Hexamethylene tetra mine [HEXA] and can coat refractory grains and graphite flakes either individually or in a mixture. Workability of this resin mixed with Magnesia carbon is about 12 hrs. Minimum providing sufficient time to the production people for pressing the mix. It is used to make a mixture for magnesia-carbon brick.
