Product Profile of Sanitary Stainless Steel Fittings
Industrial Equip wash manufactures a wide range of sanitary stainless steel fittings. These sanitary stainless steel fittings and piping components are used for pharma, biotech, food, mineral water, beverage, dairy, cosmetics and allied process industries. The product designs include tri-clamp, IDF, SMS, DIN, RJT, SJT and flange. The port sizes varies of 1/4" to 4". The range includes bends, Tees, junctions/cross, reducers, adaptors, nipples, flanges, pipe-holders, tubings, Teflon hoses, sight glass, flow indicators and serrated stainless steel hoses. The fittings are manufactured from quality SS304/316/316L, duly buffed and electro-polished. All O-rings and gaskets are of food grade elastomers. The fittings are free from sharp corners and unclean able pockets. The CIP design ensures cleaning of all product contact areas without dismantling the fittings. The range of butt-weld bends, tees and reducers are Manufactured to tight tolerances of roundness and perpendicularly to facilitate accurate fabrication and orbital welding. The maximum corrosion resistance can be ensured by annealing of fittings duly.
