Evaluations - LSC, MIC, MCC, MZC; eccentricity value X, Y, [, max P and V value roundness [P + V]; frequency spectrum analysis; and filters 1 500, 1 150, 1 50, 1 15, 15 500. Spindle accuracy: roundness error 0.1 ?m + 0.0005 ?m/mmH, according to ISO minimum zone assessment.
