The machine have two variants - model CWR I and CWR II, which are ideal for accurate layer/multi winding round/rectangular/looped coils, insertion coils, starter coils of AC motors, armature and field coils of -DC motors. The hardware configuration of Round Wire Coil Winding Machines consists of DC motor, Vee pulleys, EM clutch, reduction gearbox/shift gears for selection of speed range. The machine is also equipped with solenoid brake on the main spindle non-reversal kick back brake. The Round Wire Coil Winding Machine is supplied with special accessories like tailstock, pitch winding wire take off, tension device, multi-wire guide electronic digital counter and winding tools.
