Product Profile of Pucca Tea Sorter
G. K. Tea Industrial Corporation manufactures and supplies Pucca tea sorter. It can generate unique galloping motion, which help to save tea from shuffling and becoming grayish. It is provided with cast iron pedestals and top plate. The company offers different sizes of trays as per requirements. The feed hopper is fixed on main L H & R H pedestals and saves the bloom. A beater on the trays generates vibration on teas and creates lower slop of the hopper. There are five trays of equal size, which are made of teak wood.
The drum is placed on the top plate. It comes with following salient features :
Teas do not shuffle but travel in series of hops, thus bloom is saved.
Feed hopper design, as explained, insures even flow of ungraded teas. It is well controlled.
Trays are inter-changeable .
Bouncing balls eschew clogging of meshes.
Silent blocks keep the machine noiseless throughout its life.
