The PTFE/Teflon Moulded & Extruded Products are used to handle highly corrosive chemicals from 200degreeC to 260degreeC service temperature. They are applied for 7/8 kgf/cm? line pressure. These PTFE/Teflon Moulded & Extruded Products include P.T.F.E/Teflon Bushes/Hollow Bars, P.T.F.E/Teflon Envelope & Milled Type Gaskets, P.T.F.E/Teflon Universal Rope Gaskets, P.T.F.E/Teflon Bellows and P.T.F.E/Teflon Moulded & Machined Components, etc. The PTFE/Teflon Moulded & Extruded Products also include the following:
P.T.F.E/Teflon Rods: These rods come in diameter 19mm to 300mm [Standard], with standard length: 300mm. They can be made of smaller or bigger lengths of up to 600mm and up to 400? on order. 100 % PTFE and Filled PTFE are used to make the rods.
P.T.F.E/Teflon Sheets: The sheets has size standard: 300mm x 300mm, 450mm x 450mm, 500mm x 500mm, 600mm x 600mm, etc. Thickness: 2mm to 25mm [1.5mm in 300 x 300 / 450 x 450].
P.T.F.E/Teflon Skieved Sheets: These Skieved Sheets has width: 300mm to 650mm, thickness: 0.1mm to 3.0mm, length: in standard roll from or length cut to request. It is made of 100% PTFE
