Product Profile of Precision Designed Ball Screws
Precision Designed Ball Screws works on the principle of converting rotary motion to linear motion and vice-versa by a series of re-circulating balls interposed between hardened ball tracks in the ball nut and shaft. These Ball Screws are available in pitch range varying from 5 to 20mm. These Ball Screws find application in nuclear, aerospace, defence, CNC machinery and material handling systems. These Ball Screws are offered in a length of up to 6 mts. These Ball Screws can eliminate back lash or axial clearance by preloading the two nuts, thus increasing in stiffness. These Ball Screws are provided with gothic arch grooves. Precision Designed Ball Screws can be availed in diameters ranging from 20 to 100mm.
