Product Profile of Portable Usb-powered Microdrive
Simmtronics Semiconductors has come up with a portable USB-powered microdrive in capacities of 5 GB, 6 GB and 8 GB. The 5x6.9cm drive, with a thickness of 1.3 cm, can be carried like a ragular USB flash memory drive.
Data in the drive is recoverable in the case of corruption or deletion. The USB 2.0 interface allows for high-speed data transfer [10 MB/s]. The 5GB microdrive is priced at Rs 5200,6GB at Rs 6200 and 8GB at Rs 7500.
