Product Profile of Polymer Based Levelling Coat
Polymer based Levelling Coat is a concrete-grey or off-white, single component mortar, based on a blend of portland cements, graded silica sands, water reducing agents and compatible water resistant polymers. The Levelling Coat is designed to give good adhesion and cohesion in plastic state and low water requirement resulting in low porosity and long durability. The Levelling Coat is used for producing a fair-faced concrete appearance after patch repairs to walls, for levelling uneven surfaces, filling honeycombs in pre-cast units and walls and as a levelling compound to prepare for painting or coating. The Polymer based Levelling Coat can be applied by using brush, sponge or trowel.
