Atlas Chemical Company manufactures Plastisols [PVC Based] Atlas Chemical Company also manufactures and exports offset printing inks, flexo/gravure printing inks, screen inks, plastisol inks, hot melt adhesives and road marking paints. The Plastisols [PVC Based] are used in application in garment printing industries.
Key Features of Plastisols
- These inks are very easy to print non-drying on the screen with good opacity on dark fabrics
- Have good adhesion and fastness on most of the textile fabrics.
- These inks will not dry or cure at normal room temperature. For complete curing the temperature must be in the range of 140?c - 165?c.
- These inks can be printed normally on any surface which can withstand the curing temperature and substrate is porous enough for the required ink penetration.
- They show a very good fastness against washing and crock.
