Mac Marketing Corporation provides plastic radial and thrust ball bearings to ISO standards dimensions from bore of 7 mm to 60 mm. The outer rings and inner rings of these bearings are made up of polyacetal, polypropylene, polyethelene, PETP, Teflon, and PEEK materials. The balls are made from glass, AIS1420, AIS1304, AIS1316, A 1203, boro silicate glass and various types of plastics and cages can be made from nylon, polypropylene, Teflon and PEEK materials. Advantages of the plastic bearings include: chemical stability, corrosion resistance, lubrication and maintenance-free, lightweight and low friction and operational temperature up to 250?C.
