Product Profile of Operational Amplifiers
STMicroelectronics has manufactured two new families of rail-to-rail high-gainbandwidth product [GBP] op-amps that have the following feature:an excellent speed-to-current consumption ratio; come in space-saving packages to address sensor signal conditioning ; supplied battery; compact portable applications. The TSV911/2/4 family offers an 8MHz gain-bandwidth product and is unity-gain stable for capacitive loads up to 200 pF. The other family, the TSV991/2/4, offers a 20MHz gainbandwidth product for gain of 3 or above. Operating off 2.5V to 5.5V, all the devices consume only 780 pA at 2.5V supply voltage.
