Oil Lift-Out Crucible Furnace is designed with a steel furnace casing that is lined with 60% alumina fire bricks backed with high-grade insulation. The Crucible Furnace is designed for operation with morganite excel or clay-graphite crucibles and stands. The Crucible Furnace is equipped with a swing aside cover that has a central exhaust which deflects the exhaust flame over the top of the crucible to preheat the solid charge.
