Neutral Grounding Power Resistor is used to minimize fault current to a predetermined value and placed in between the neutral of a generator or a transformer and ground. The Power Resistor produces a value that is sufficiently low to prevent damaging fault currents to the Power generation, distribution and other associated equipments. The Power Resistor is designed with grid which is formed in punched stainless steel and edge wound design. Neutral Grounding Power Resistor is available with mica or ceramic insulator elements which are suitable for different voltage rating.
