Onduline Group manufactures Modified Bituminous Membrane. Onduline Group supplies corrugated roofing sheets. Modified Bituminous Membrane is applied using the torching method. Modified Bituminous Membrane is used for long term waterproofing of flat and slopping roofs. These are also used for waterproofing for foundations, basements, pools, multistorey parking structures etc. It is manufactured using high quality bitumen which is modified with polymers and reinforced with either glass or polyester fibres. The modified bitumen ensures that the membranes retain their flexibility over a wide temperature range. The reinforcement fibers improve the tensile strength and pressure resistance of the membranes. It is available in plain finishes, granulated finish or aluminum coated finish.

The technical specifications of Modified Bituminous Membrane are as follows:
  • The "Prima" series consist of plastomeric membranes modified with "Atactic Polypropylene" [APP].
  • Bituline Prima membranes are in compliance with the cold and warm weather conditions of mild climate zones [minimum -5 degree C] offering economic and reliable waterproofing systems with a wide spectrum for different types of buildings.
  • Minimum 150 gr/m² of polyester reinforcement are used in "Prima" PP series and minimum of 50 gr/m² of fiberglass reinforcement are used in "Prima" PG series.
