Product Profile of Mobile Test Bench Pv 1236
AUMA manufactures various types of test and measuring equipments. Being a part of that Mobile test bench PV 1236 is used for electrical and mechanical testing and calibration of multi-turn actuators SA[R] or part-turn actuators SG. The test bench consists of 3 separate units:
Service unit PV 788 B -for power supply and the operation of the actuator as well as for the measurement of the electric data
Measuring unit module - for the evaluation of the sensors of the measuring bench and therefore for the measurement of the mechanical values
Measuring bench with Braking system, Rotary encoder and Mounting flange.
Functions of Mobile test bench PV 1236 are as follows:
Testing of the basic functions of the actuator [OPEN-STOP-CLOSE]
Calibration of the torque switching
Measurement of the actuator stall torque
Setting of the limit switches
Measurement of the output speed
Measurement of the swing angle
Monitoring or indication of the switch functions
