Fans Bro Erectors offers Mixer Cum Roaster that is a Roaster cum deep fat fryer. This Mixer Cum Roaster Machine is suitable for roasting or deep-frying of various Ingredients at 1800 C temperatures. This Mixer Cum Roaster Roasting Machine is suitable for Frying / roasting Onion, Coriander, Coconut; to remove moisture and enhance the shelf life of Powder, Chemicals, Spices. The Mixer Cum Roaster blender comprises of outer & inner spiral ribbons supported on centrally mounted longitudinal axis. The material is carried radially around the inside of the blender when the agitator is rotated. The Outer & inner ribbon moves material in opposite directions resulting in triple mixing action. The Oil immersion Heaters of 3 K.W. heats up the `Hytherm 500`Thermic fluid oil [H.P. Make] in the jacket. Then the material in the container is uniformly mixed or heated by helical shape Blades.

Temperature of the Thermic fluid oil is controlled by Thermostat inserted in Jacket.
Thermostat is connected to the Control Panel to maintain temperature of the Thermostat at 1800 to 1850 C.
