Miniature Circuit Breakers are compact designed device that helps to cope with complexities of modern electrical installations with high safety features to give protection against electrical hazards in dual ways namely thermal overload protection and magnetic short-circuit protection. Miniature Circuit Breakers are available with two types of tripping characteristics for different type of applications:
B-Series [Lighting Circuits] - Suitable for installations with a low and steady currents generally for domestic and non inductive loads.
C-Series [Motor Circuits] - Fit for use in installations with high in-rush current peaks and which require closer overload protection. These include inductive loads such as motor, air-conditioners, halogen & sodium vapor lamps etc.
