The Microcontroller Based Universal Scanner is meant to scan up to sixteen points of analog, RTD, thermocouple, Inputs as acceptable standard. Each channel is configurable to range and Engineering unit. HIHI/HI alarm set points are programmable. The linearized process variable and channel number are continually displayed. Channel By-Pass, Channel Hold, ambient compensation, alarm acknowledge, Test of the individual LEDs etc. are also standard features. Optionally temperature averaging, serial computer interface [RS-232C], common high alarm output for remote annunciation is available.
