Product Profile of Micro Boring Heads
Accurate Engineering Industries manufactures Omni MB 100 and 200 boring heads which are readily adaptable on milling and boring machines with spindle bore tapers of size H-30, ISO-30, ISO-40, and ISO-50. All Omni boring heads have clearly graduated, hardened lead screws.These heads has threaded back, which can be fitted with interchangeable shanks. The overall length of boring heads is held to a minimum as the space is the key factor. This feature contributes to greater tool rigidity, which in turn assures good finish and accurate bores.
