The Mica Based Flexible Tape is made out of mica paper, supported with different backing materials like glass cloth, polyester film and polyester fleece and comes bonded by epoxy, AV, silicone etc. The Mica Based Flexible Tape is available in resin poor and resin rich forms and is used in overhang portions of coils to retain flexibility even when heated during the operation of the electrical equipment.
