Magnetic Level Switches consists of Magnatilt, Inserstat, Immercon, Magnastat-S and Magnastat - T. In the Magnatilt of Magnetic Level Switch, there is a horizontal magnetic float that moves up and down about a fulcrum with level, changing the contacts from NO to NC and vice versa. Inserstat is a stopper free, doughnut shaped, annular magnetic float moves up and down with change in level. These are magnetically biased, self-latching, epoxy potted reed switches are mounted on glass epoxy PCB marked in cms. The Immercon is stepless adjustable displacers, are attached to multi-strand SS316 wire rope, at appropriate levels. Whereas the Magnastat-S is a magnetic float that moves with level and Magnastat-T is a non magnetic float that moves in an internal guide cage. The Magnetic Level Switches are applicable in liquefied gases like LPG, C4-Cut, AHF, EO, Ethylene, Pesticides, Petrochems, Acids, Alkalis and simple liquids like oils, water, etc.
