Product Profile of Linear Encoders
Innovative Automation Products provides optical incremental Linear Encoders which have been designed for long life in all medium to high performance applications. The compact bearing type LE - 1820 supplies measuring lengths up to 520 mm; the bearing type LE - 2534 Linear Encoders measures up to 920 mm and the more robust and heavy duty bearing type LE - 3043 Linear Encoders have a maximum measuring length of 3.0 metres. All models have a reliable internal circuitry to provide a resolution as fine as 0.5?m after 4X quadrature decode in the user`s circuitry. Precision ball bearings of this Linear Encoders allow the reading head to traverse the glass scale at speeds up to 1 m/s. The system is protected to IP53 by an aluminum extrusion and rubber sealing flaps.
