Leak Proof Magnet Drive Pump has process oriented design, magnet drive and is horizontally mounted. The Pump has modular system, oiled ball bearing, centre mounting bracket and requires no cooling. The Pump is outfitted with a heat jacket and pump casing and/ or a heat jacket in the bearing lantern and both heat jackets can be realized either separately or in conjunction with a bypass line and the heat jackets are rated for operating pressure of 16 bar at 200 ° c or 6 bar at 350 ° c and the heat jackets can also be used for cooling. The Pump has the feature that when solids containing liquids are being transported, the internal filter prevents inadmissibly large particles from entering the flow channels and from there the magnetic coupling and internal bearings. The Pump has silicon carbide made internal bearings, modular iron made bearing lantern and bearing carrier made using ductile iron. The Leak Proof Magnet Drive Pump has heated pump casing, jacketed bearing lantern, thermal barrier without secondary seal and thermal barrier with secondary seal.
