Product Profile of Lapping Plates Of Cast Iron
Micro-Flat manufactures cast iron lapping plates. These cast iron plates are extensively accurate hand lapping of ferrous and non ferrous parts to obtain a perfect surface form/flatness. Some of the outstanding features of these lapping plates consists ofSalient features: made generally as per IS 2285 91, from good quality close grained high duty cast iron conforming to Grade FG 220 of IS 210, duly stress relieved; offered in square type, rectangular type and round type, with top surface provided with 3 x 3 mm grooves at a pitch of 25 to 30 mm. Top surface is duly hand scraped. MS handles for lifting and handling are provided up to sizes 630 x 630 mm.
