Product Profile of Lab Extruders
Neoplast Engineering Pvt. Ltd offers single screw & Twin screw lab extruders. These are provided with integrated data acquisition PLC. Lab extruders can be attached to various downstream equipments in order to perform different tests. These Lab Extruders come with following key features:
Extruder frame is mounted on four caster wheel with level screw arrangement
Main Motor with AC variable frequency drive and detachable keyboard.
For attaching various toolings, the barrel flange is provided with hinge type arrangement
The maximum output is just 5 kg/hr, which prevents wastage of expensive material
The maximum processing temperature is up to 400 degree C
