Product Profile of Joint Forming Press
Joy D-Zign Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is the designer and developer of Joint Forming Press. This pressing of cased-in books and simultaneous burning-in of the JOINTS for forming perfect and permanent shape with the help of temperature-controlled pressure blades [Joint Forming Bars].
These blades are spinning loaded and can be adjusted automatically to different depth of joints. The projection of these blades can be set mechanically and hydraulic pressure from 100-200/ 400 kgs to achieve the desired results. The bars are supplied for flat and Rounded Spine Book-backs respectively. Temperature of the blades is set through Digital Temperature Controller [PID] to suit the properties of Glue [Adhesive], Binding material and operating speed. The digital timer enables accurate control of burning-in for maintaining rigidity of the joints and consistent results.
