Iron Cut Wire Shot is made using quality grade carbon steel wires of different diameters ranging from 0.2 mm to 2.0 mm. The Shot has hardness ranging from 40 to 64 HRC and can be availed as per requirements. The Shot is suited for shot blasting and has cylindrical shape of the cut wire shots that helps prevent denting and dust. The Iron Cut Wire Shot ensures fluent flow during shot blasting/ peening operations and solves problem of denting and dust.
