Main features of the Hi-Life Internal Grinding Machines include: auto cycle with programmable feed and auto dressing with dressing compensation; workhead spindle runs in precision anti-friction bearings; workhead can rotate up to 30 for grinding taper bores; DC drive of work head for infinitely variable speed; shoe centreless and magnetic chucking system or diaphragm chuck; Turcite ®-B coated on slide ways; separate hydraulic and electric units, placed outside the machine; and, centralised lubrication system.
